The VPN won't connect or isn't working. What should I do?

Switch servers in the app — pick another country from the list. Change networks: from Wi-Fi to mobile data and back. Restart the device: power it off, wait 30 seconds, power it on. Reinstall the app and sign in again. On iOS reset network settings: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings. Still stuck? Message support and include your device model and OS version.

Slow speeds and laggy internet

Try other servers: the one closest to you is usually the fastest. Check your speed with the VPN off. If it is slow either way, the problem is your provider. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Close background apps — downloads and updates eat the channel. Try a different time of day; networks are busier at peak hours. Losing 10–30% of speed on a VPN is normal. If you lose more than half, contact support.

YouTube or TikTok won't load

Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → YouTube → Clear cache. Switch to another server in BessyConnect. Close the app completely and open it again. Update the app to the latest version. The same steps apply to TikTok.

It doesn't work on mobile data

iOS: Settings → BessyConnect → allow mobile data. Turn airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off. Restart the device. iOS: remove the VPN profile under Settings → General → VPN and Device Management, then reopen the app — the profile is recreated automatically. Android: remove battery restrictions in Settings → Apps → BessyConnect → Battery → Unrestricted. If nothing helps, try another SIM card or ask your carrier about restrictions.
