Does a VPN Keep Logs, and What Can Your ISP See?

The big privacy question online is a simple one: who sees what when you're connected? Every time you open a site, send a message, or start a video, that data travels through your internet service provider (ISP). A VPN changes the picture — but it matters to understand exactly what it hides and what it doesn't.
