Atlant VPN and Atlanta VPN («Атлант ВПН» and «Атланта ВПН») are one service, Atlanta VPN: a paid VPN on the VLESS protocol that is sold through the Telegram bot @AtlantaVPN_Bot and, since October 2026, through the site atlanta-vps.com. It has no app of its own in the App Store or Google Play: the subscription is added to Happ, Incy or v2rayTun, and there is a beta of its own client for Android. A month costs 199 rubles and covers two devices; gigabytes for mobile internet under whitelists are bought separately (site prices as of October 27, 2026).
Below: who is behind the service, how not to end up with a lookalike, how much the subscription costs and what to do if the connection drops. If you need a VPN that installs from an app store like a normal program and doesn't require you to get a key in Telegram first, we recommend BessyConnect: it runs on VLESS with Reality camouflage, and registration is optional.
Atlanta VPN is a Telegram service that issues a subscription link to its servers, while the connection itself goes through a third-party client. The channel @AtlantaVPN was created on November 8, 2024, and as of October 27, 2026, has 972 thousand subscribers; the bot has 344 thousand monthly users. The site footer names the company STIX LLC from Yerevan, Armenia.
The bot's user agreement names the protocol directly: access to servers in different countries "via a Vless connection". On the site the service calls itself Atlanta VPS, although this is the same VPN subscription, not virtual server rental.

The official resources are listed on the "Community" page of atlanta-vps.com: the bot @AtlantaVPN_Bot, the channel @AtlantaVPN, the chat and support @AtlantaHelp_Bot. The old support bot @AtlantaVPNSUPPORT_bot is itself marked as outdated. Nothing else found under this name on October 27, 2026, is mentioned by the official resources.
What the check turned up:
Lookalike sites appear because Atlanta's affiliate program pays 50% of the payments made by invited users. The risk lies elsewhere: a bot with a similar name may take your payment and not issue a working key, so check the bot's name against the site. How to recognize a fake is covered in the article on fake VPN apps.
On atlanta-vps.com, as of October 27, 2026, a subscription for two devices costs 199 rubles a month, 529 rubles for 3 months and 999 rubles for 6 months. The other plans, including those for more devices, are shown after registration. The regular VPN is unlimited; gigabytes are only consumed on the whitelist servers.
| What you buy | Price as of 27.10.2026 |
|---|---|
| 1 month, 2 devices | 199 ₽ |
| 3 months, 2 devices | 529 ₽ |
| 6 months, 2 devices | 999 ₽ |
| 15 GB for mobile internet | 99 ₽ |
| 30 GB | 198 ₽ |
| 100 GB | 599 ₽ |
Gigabyte packs are sold only together with the main subscription. Prices change: in September 2025, 3 months cost 449 rubles, and after the bot update on July 31, 2026, the price began to depend on the number of devices.
The service can be tried for free during the trial period from the bot. In October 2025 the channel described it as three days long and added 2 GB to test the whitelist servers. Other ways are 50 rubles to your balance for each invited friend and promo codes from the channel. Promo codes are single-use and limited: a code in February 2025 gave 3 days and was good for 300 activations.
You don't need a separate "Atlanta" program, apart from the Android beta: you get a subscription link in the bot or on the site and add it to a client. For Windows the site offers the Happ installer from the Happ developer's GitHub, for Android Happ from Google Play, and for iPhone and Mac Happ from the App Store.
Step by step, following the service's instructions:
On an iPhone in Russia there is a complication. Happ isn't available in the Russian App Store: a search by its ID in the Russian storefront on October 27, 2026, returned nothing, and Atlanta's own channel advised changing the Apple ID region on June 24, 2026. For Honor and Huawei phones without Google services, the service suggests installing Happ through Aurora Store. On Android TV, according to the instructions, you need v2rayTun and the Remote ATV app on your phone to send the link to the TV.
More about the client is in the Happ review. General rules for a computer, including which builds you shouldn't take from software catalogs, are collected in the article on VPN for PC.
Most often the cause is an outdated subscription: the service changes and adds servers, and almost every post in the channel ends with a request to update the subscription in the app. The second cause is whitelists on mobile internet: regular servers don't work there, and you need separate servers from a gigabyte pack.
The channel itself describes outages: on April 2, 2026, only the "Lithuania" server worked for some users, and on October 3, 2026, the whitelist servers malfunctioned after a mass blocking of IP addresses.
The order of checks:
How whitelists work and why most VPNs don't work under them is explained in a separate article on whitelists on mobile internet. The other causes of failures are in the article why a VPN isn't working.
The VLESS protocol itself is reliable, but the service has no independent audit, and its documents are carelessly drafted. The site's FAQ promises that the history of visited sites isn't stored. At the same time, the privacy policy on Telegraph mentions collecting the IP address, data about the provider and the device, and refers to Russian law, even though the legal entity in the site footer is Armenian.
The same policy contains a clause about UID, Server ID and purchases of in-game currency. It has nothing to do with a VPN and was apparently left over from another project's template. The policy is written on behalf of "Atlanta VPS", the user agreement on behalf of "Atlanta VPN", and the contact listed in it is the personal account @atlanta_ceo.
In the service's favor: since October 2025, Russian and government sites open directly, bypassing the tunnel. According to the service's explanation, this way its servers get blocked less often, and banks and Gosuslugi (the government services portal) see the user's ordinary Russian address.
If the "bot plus someone else's client" setup doesn't suit you, there are services with their own apps. The table shows BessyConnect and two services from our reviews, with data as of the check date of each review.
| BessyConnect | Atlanta VPN | Sota VPN | Ded VPN | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| How to connect | Its own app from the App Store and Google Play | A key from the Telegram bot or site, the Happ, Incy, v2rayTun client | Its own app Sota Connect | Its own app, on Android an APK from the site |
| Protocol | VLESS with Reality camouflage | VLESS | Not named | Not disclosed |
| Registration | Optional | A Telegram account or an account on the site | An anonymous key in the account | Not needed |
| Windows | No | Via Happ | Yes | Yes |
| TV | Android TV, Apple TV | Android TV via v2rayTun | Android TV, Apple TV | Android TV and Google TV |
| Whitelist servers | Not claimed | Separate, by gigabytes | No data | No data |
Where Atlanta is stronger, to put it plainly. It has separate servers for mobile internet under whitelists, payment via SBP, cryptocurrency and Telegram Stars, and on Windows it can be connected through Happ. Sota and Ded are covered in separate reviews, and a general checklist for services sold through Telegram is in the review of people's VPNs.
We recommend BessyConnect to those who want to install a VPN from an app store and not depend on a Telegram bot. The protocol is VLESS with Reality camouflage, which makes traffic look like an ordinary HTTPS connection. There are more than a hundred servers, no logs are kept, registration is optional, and there is a trial period.
BessyConnect apps:
What BessyConnect doesn't solve. It has no Windows app. It doesn't claim separate whitelist servers, and when mobile internet is shut off under whitelists, a regular VPN as a rule doesn't help. BessyConnect isn't in the Russian App Store, just like Happ: on an iPhone you need an Apple ID from another country. And no VPN will bring the connection back if the carrier has shut off the internet completely.
If Atlanta works for you and the bot setup suits you, there is no reason to switch. But if the subscription has stopped connecting, you're not sure you bought it from the real bot, or you simply want a normal app without keys and Telegram, try BessyConnect: all versions are gathered on the download page.
Are Atlant VPN and Atlanta VPN the same thing? Yes, in search both names refer to one service, Atlanta VPN. The official bot is @AtlantaVPN_Bot, the site is atlanta-vps.com.
What is the official Atlanta VPN site? atlanta-vps.com: on its "Community" page it links to the bot @AtlantaVPN_Bot and the channel @AtlantaVPN. The sites atlantavpn.help and atlantavpn.info are not official; their buttons lead to the bot with a referral code.
How much does Atlanta VPN cost? As of October 27, 2026, 199 rubles a month, 529 rubles for 3 months and 999 rubles for 6 months for two devices. Gigabytes for whitelists cost from 99 rubles for 15 GB.
How do I install Atlanta VPN on a PC? There is no separate program. The site suggests installing Happ for Windows and adding the subscription link from the bot or the personal account to it.
What can replace Atlanta VPN if it isn't working? If you need a VPN with its own app from the App Store and Google Play, try BessyConnect: VLESS with Reality camouflage, more than 100 servers, registration optional. Keep in mind that it has no Windows version.
