Hit VPN (Хит ВПН, HitVPN): what the bot is, how much it costs and how to download it for PC

Hit VPN (in Russian «Хит ВПН») is HitVPN, a paid VPN service that is sold and configured through the Telegram bot @hitvpnbot rather than through app stores. A connection costs 100 rubles a month per device, and new users get 30 days free (hitvpn.me, October 26, 2026). The tunnel itself runs in the brand's apps: HitWave for iPhone, HitRay for Android, HitTV for TVs, and clients for Windows and macOS from the personal account.

The service is big: the bot has 1.52 million monthly users and the channel @hitvpn_news has 4.32 million subscribers. And unstable: in 2026 the channel reported mass blocking four times and switched off billing three times during downtime. Below are the price, the official apps, the personal account without Telegram and what to do when Hit VPN isn't working.

What is Hit VPN and who is behind it?

Hit VPN is a service with a subscription via Telegram: the bot issues a configuration link, which you open in the HitVPN, HitRay or HitWave app. The service's channel has been running since April 25, 2023; by October 26, 2026, it had 4.32 million subscribers, and the bot, according to Telegram's counter, had 1,524,701 monthly users.

The brand has no single legal entity. The documents and store listings we opened on October 26, 2026, name six companies:

There is also a contradiction. The app descriptions call them clients for configurations from "any provider", and the HitWave listing says outright that the developer doesn't provide or sell servers. Yet the offer on hitvpn.me sells exactly access to a VPN service. In practice, for 100 rubles you pay for Hit VPN's servers, while the apps are formally presented as general-purpose clients.

Namesakes also live under the same name. The App Store has "Hit VPN - Fast VPN Proxy" from Luyunyue Digital and "Proxy - Hit VPN 2025" from FREE VPN CO.; they aren't connected to Hit VPN and aren't in the Russian App Store. In Telegram, a channel called HitVPN with three subscribers advertises someone else's bot, @ice_vpn_robot. The official addresses are: bot @hitvpnbot, channel @hitvpn_news, support @hitvpnhelp. How much does Hit VPN cost and is there a free period?

The price on the "Order payment" page is 100 rubles a month per connected device; on the English version of the site it is 1.2 euros. New users get 30 days free, and 15 days are added for each invited friend.

Payment works as a balance, not a subscription. You top up your account with any amount by card or via SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System), and money is deducted for each device added in the bot. This leads to several rules the service has published in its channel:

Two devices will cost 200 rubles a month, five will cost 500. Refunds are strict: under clause 6.3 of the offer you can't back out of what you paid for if the problems arose "on the side of the client's internet provider or in the internet network of the region of residence". In other words, money for days of blocking isn't refunded; you can only freeze the balance by deleting devices. The offer explicitly calls the free 30 days a period for checking the quality.

Downloading Hit VPN: which apps are official?

The official apps are listed on the brand's sites and in the channel: HitWave for iPhone, HitRay for Android, HitTV for Android TV, and installers for Windows and macOS. Hit VPN isn't on RuStore, and the old HitVPN for iPhone has been removed from the Russian App Store.

Since May 12, 2026, the channel has strongly advised iPhone owners to switch to HitWave: the old HitVPN and HitProxy "may not work correctly". Since June 12, 2026, Android owners have been advised to update HitRay to version 1.14 or later.

How to connect:

1. Open the bot @hitvpnbot in Telegram and tap "Start".
2. Add a device and copy the configuration link.
3. Install the app for your platform from the table above.
4. Open the link in the app and turn on the VPN.

Hit VPN on PC: is there a Windows version?

Yes. The brand's sites host the installer hitvpn-amd64-0.1.16.msi, about 3.5 MB in size; the file on the server is dated February 14, 2025. The channel announced an update of the Windows and macOS clients on February 27, 2025, and video guides are in the channel @hitvpnvideo.

You don't need an Android emulator such as BlueStacks for Hit VPN. A VPN inside an emulator protects only the emulator's own apps, while the browser and Windows programs bypass the tunnel. Download the installer only via the link from the bot or the personal account: searching for «хит впн скачать на пк» (hit vpn download for pc) turns up unrelated pages. Hit VPN personal account: how do you sign in without Telegram?

The personal account opens from the bot @hitvpnbot, but since August 21, 2026, you can link an email to it and sign in without Telegram. The service advises doing this in advance, while Telegram is working.

For cases when Telegram won't open either, on April 28, 2026, the channel published a mirror page of the personal account on the storage.googleapis.com domain. It also issues Telegram proxies; a proxy link is valid for 24 hours. Look for the mirror's address in the pinned post of the channel @hitvpn_news, not in search results.

Why isn't Hit VPN working today?

Most often the culprit is another wave of blocking on mobile carriers, and the service announces it in its channel itself. In 2026 such messages came out regularly:

In Google Play reviews from August and September 2026, HitRay users write that the service works intermittently for weeks.

What to check, in order:

1. Look at the channel @hitvpn_news. If mass blocking has been announced, changing settings is pointless; all you can do is wait.
2. Update HitWave or HitRay. The channel calls the old HitVPN and HitProxy unreliable.
3. Replace the device settings in the personal account: "My devices", then "Replace device".
4. Switch from mobile internet to Wi-Fi. The service itself advises this when carriers are blocking.
5. If the service has been down for a long time, delete the devices in the account so money isn't deducted.

Is Hit VPN safe?

We found no independent audit of Hit VPN, so you can judge only by the developer's statements. On Google Play, HitRay and the old HitVPN say "No data collected", and in the App Store HitWave says "Data Not Collected". HitRay's description promises a strict no-logs policy.

To buy, the offer requires only a Telegram account ID; no email or phone number is asked for. Payment bypasses the app stores, so you won't be able to get a refund through Apple or Google, and the offer excludes refunds for outages on the provider's side.

A separate risk is scammers around giveaways. The channel regularly raffles iPhones among subscribers and itself warns: don't pay for "delivery" of a prize, and the admin doesn't send codes by SMS. If someone writes to you "on behalf of Hit VPN" asking for payment, it isn't the service.
