REVSTREAM LLC developed BessyConnect, a proxy application designed to be private by default. This SERVICE is provided as is.
This Privacy Policy explains — plainly and honestly — what BessyConnect does and does not do with your information. Our goal is simple: we built BessyConnect so that we do not need your personal data, and we do not collect it.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.
Everything below expands on these points.
BessyConnect signs you in anonymously using Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates a random, per-device token that allows the app to communicate with our servers. It is not tied to your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifier. We never ask you to create an account or provide personal details to use the app.
Because authentication is anonymous, the identifier is device-specific: it cannot be used to recognize you across devices, and it is not linked to any profile about you.
You may optionally sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address — for example, to keep your subscription when you switch devices. If you do, we receive and store:
We use this data solely to authenticate you and link your subscription to your account. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or tracking, and we do not share it with third parties. If you delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), this data is permanently removed from our servers.
Signing in is never required: the app is fully functional in anonymous mode.
BessyConnect includes an optional AI assistant that can recommend the best server and answer questions about the app. It is off by default and works only after your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time in Settings.
When you use the assistant, the text of your questions (together with a short recent chat history) is processed by our servers and forwarded to a third-party AI model provider to generate the answer. We do not send your email address or account identifiers to the AI provider — alongside your question it receives only non-personal service context, such as your country, subscription status, and current server load. Please do not include personal data in your questions.
We keep assistant conversations, linked to your internal user identifier, to enforce usage limits and improve answer quality. They are permanently deleted when you delete your account, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling.
If you allow notifications, the app registers a push token with our servers — via the Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging, depending on your platform. A push token is a random, device-specific identifier issued by Apple or Google; it does not reveal your identity.
We use it solely to deliver service notifications, such as subscription reminders and important service updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings, after which the token can no longer be used to reach your device.
Beyond the optional features described above (sign-in, AI assistant, push notifications), we do not request, collect, or store:
We specifically do not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or any comparable analytics or crash-reporting tool inside the app.
Protecting your traffic is the entire point of a proxy service. We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do NOT collect, store, monitor, or record:

We cannot share, sell, or hand over what we never keep. In the event of a legal request, we can only provide information we actually possess — which, for activity data, is nothing.
To route your traffic and deliver a working configuration, the app registers your device with our service. During this technical registration, the app may transmit non-personal technical details: device model, operating system name and version, and the app version.
This information is used solely to operate and maintain the proxy service — for example, to ensure compatibility and deliver the correct configuration. It is not linked to your identity, because there is no identity: authentication is anonymous.
BessyConnect offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions.
We do not receive or store your payment card numbers. Payment processors handle billing under their own privacy policies. A subscription is associated only with your anonymous device token or the platform's purchase receipt — never with a personal profile.
If you purchase a subscription on our website and choose to provide an email address (for a receipt or to receive access details), we use it only for that purpose.
If you contact us for support — for example, by email — we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to your request. Contacting support is entirely your choice; the app does not collect this information on its own.
This policy also covers our marketing and subscription website, bessy.my.
Unlike the app, the website uses Yandex.Metrica to understand general traffic — page views, referrers, and aggregate interaction — so we can improve the site. This may include session-level interaction analytics (Yandex Webvisor). This is standard website analytics and applies to the website only.
The BessyConnect app itself contains no analytics and collects nothing. You can block or refuse these cookies through your browser settings.
BessyConnect is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies:
We use Firebase only for authentication (the anonymous and optional sign-in described above) and for push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging). We do not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase's handling of these services is governed by Google's privacy policy:
Because we do not collect personal data or activity logs, there is nothing personal to retain. Anonymous device tokens and subscription status are kept only for as long as necessary to provide the Service.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our systems, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our servers are located in multiple countries. Proxy traffic is routed through them by design; as stated above, we do not inspect or retain it. By using the Service, you consent to this routing.
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information at all, none is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through our website or support channels, please contact us and we will delete it.
For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR) and California (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing.
Beyond the optional sign-in data described above (email address and account identifier), BessyConnect does not collect personal data, so in most cases we simply do not hold any information tied to you. If you signed in, you can exercise your right to erasure directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also contact us with any request at info@bessy.my, and we will respond.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by:
