Fusvob VPN (Fusvob ВПН): what it is, where to download the original and why it isn't working

Fusvob VPN («Fusvob ВПН») is an app for iPhone and Android that downloads for free but shows ads and sells a subscription. In the Russian App Store the subscription costs 449 rubles a week, 999 rubles a month or 4,490 rubles a year. The iOS version is released by China's Shenzhen Fuxin Hudong Technology, the Google Play version by Hong Kong's Red Seek Limited. On October 27, 2026, the app ranked second in the "Utilities" category of the Russian App Store and had collected about 109 thousand ratings with an average of 4.5. If you need a VPN with an openly named protocol and no logs, take a look at BessyConnect. Below we go through what can be verified about Fusvob, where to get the original and what to do when it won't connect.

What is Fusvob VPN and who is behind it?

Fusvob VPN is a classic VPN service with its own servers: one-button connection and server selection from a list, with no keys or settings needed. The first iPhone version came out at the end of January 2026, the latest (1.2.8) on October 22, 2026.

The legal entities are tangled. In the App Store the seller is Shenzhen Fuxin Hudong Technology Co., Ltd. (in the listing the developer is signed as Fuxin Technology). On Google Play the publisher is Red Seek Limited with an address in Hong Kong. The site's refund page names a third company, Fusvob TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, and card payments, according to the site, are accepted by a fourth, NOVABEYOND LIMITED. The terms of use subject disputes to Hong Kong law.

The service also has several domains, all of them young:

DomainWhere it's listedRegistered (WHOIS)
fusvobvpn.comUS App Store listing, main siteAugust 5, 2026
fusvob.comGoogle Play listingSeptember 3, 2026
cipheravpn.comRussian App Store listingMay 6, 2024

The third domain has a curious history. The Wayback Machine archive shows that from July 2024 to April 2026 it hosted the Ciphera VPN site. Now it has the same template, only with the Fusvob label. The developer itself announced the move to fusvobvpn.com in the release notes for version 1.1.8 of August 14, 2026.

We collected similar services with short names in the review of people's VPNs: Tok, Tik, Ded, Vanya, Ogon.

How many Fusvob VPNs are there and which one is real?

The official site fusvobvpn.com leads to exactly two apps: the iPhone version in the App Store and the Android version on Google Play with the package com.fusvob.liapp. The site doesn't mention anything else with this name. There is neither a Telegram bot nor a desktop version among the official links.

We checked everything we found under this name on October 27, 2026:

Bots @fusvobvpn_bot and @FusvobVPNbotunknownNo descriptions

The post in the @fusvobvpn channel promises "1200+ servers", unlimited devices and versions for Windows and macOS. None of this is on the site or in the app listings. Essentially the channel advertises someone else's bot under a recognizable name, and open data shows no connection with the app from the store.

The second "Fusvob VPN" on Google Play is released by the developer VPN V2RAY, which also has «Перец ВПН» (Perets VPN) and «Манго ВПН» (Mango VPN) there. The support email in its listing is on the fusvobvpn.com domain, but the site itself links to a different app. In a review of August 27, 2026, a user writes that the lookalike "asks you to go to some website". How to tell clones apart by publisher and permissions, we described in the article on fake VPN apps.

How much does Fusvob VPN cost and is there a free mode?

Fusvob can be downloaded for free, but full access is sold by subscription. In the Russian App Store, as of October 27, 2026, there are three plans: a week for 449 rubles, a month for 999 rubles, a year for 4,490 rubles. In the US App Store the same plans cost $4.99, $12.99 and $49.99.

Neither the site nor the listings describe the terms of the free mode. Judging by Google Play reviews from September–October 2026, a few hours a day are given for free (users mention 6 and 8 hours). The time is extended by watching ads. One reviewer complains that the connection drops every hour and a half to two hours and requires a new ad. These are users' observations, not stated rules.

Two contradictions are worth knowing before you pay. The site cipheravpn.com, which the Russian App Store listing links to, still says the service is free for everyone and traffic is unlimited. This text is from the former Ciphera VPN. And the Russian description on Google Play promises an app "without ads", although the listing itself is labeled "Contains ads".

The refund rules on the site are strict:

  • a weekly subscription can be refunded within 3 days, a monthly or yearly one within 7 days;
  • a repeat purchase, even after a refund, is never refunded;
  • money paid through Apple is refunded by Apple, not the developer;
  • a subscription paid by card can't be transferred to another device, while a subscription via Apple can be restored on any iPhone with the same Apple ID.

Canceling auto-renewal, according to the service's FAQ, is irreversible: after that you'll have to buy the subscription again.

How to download Fusvob VPN on a phone and PC?

The original is available in only two places: the App Store (it works in the Russian one too) and Google Play. Fusvob has no Windows version. In RuStore, a search for "fusvob" on October 27, 2026, found no app.

How to install and connect:

  1. Find «Fusvob ВПН : Супер Быстрый VPN» in the store and check the publisher: Fuxin Technology in the App Store, Red Seek Limited on Google Play.
  2. On the first connection, the system will ask to add a VPN configuration. This is a standard iOS and Android permission, and you need to confirm it.
  3. Tap the connect button on the main screen. If the server doesn't respond, choose another one from the list.

On a computer there aren't many options. The iPhone version formally installs on a Mac with an Apple M1 processor or newer, but in the App Store it carries the label "Not verified for macOS". On Windows, what's left are Android emulators and APKs from third-party sites. A file from a catalog may turn out to be a modified build. Besides, a subscription paid by card, under the service's rules, works on only one device. What actually works on a computer, we covered in the article VPN on PC.

Yandex suggestions often include «fusvob vpn сервер» ("fusvob vpn server") and «код активации» ("activation code"). In the official app, servers are chosen from a ready-made list. The developer describes neither activation codes nor adding servers manually. At the same time, in an App Store review of May 22, a user writes that the "Add Server" button opened the phone's files for them. Keys and "codes" for Fusvob from third-party sites and channels have nothing to do with the service itself.

Why is Fusvob VPN not working and what to do?

Most often Fusvob stops connecting when its servers get blocked. The developer itself acknowledges this: if a server is "banned or restricted", you need to choose another one, and if none responds, wait until new ones are launched. Mass outages have already happened. The review catalog Unstar recorded waves of complaints in June and July 2026: 83 negative reviews in 48 hours, 3.5 times more than usual. On September 5, 2026, the developer released version 1.2.4 with the note: fixed a "critical issue that prevented some users from using the app".

What to check, in order:

  1. Switch to another server in the list.
  2. Move from mobile internet to Wi-Fi or back. In its FAQ, Fusvob acknowledges that some carriers restrict VPN connections.
  3. Delete the old configuration: "Settings" → "General" → "VPN & Device Management" → "VPN", then connect again.
  4. Update the app from the store: updates come out often; from March to October 2026 there were more than twenty.
  5. If the subscription disappeared after payment, tap "Restore" on the subscription page. Version 1.1.4 of July 2, 2026, fixed exactly a bug that turned paying users into regular ones.

If the VPN disconnects after the screen locks, this is an iOS quirk, which the service's FAQ also acknowledges. More about it in the article why a VPN turns off by itself. The general troubleshooting order is described in the article why a VPN isn't working.

Is Fusvob VPN safe?

Fusvob promises not to store browsing history or traffic contents, but it collects data for advertising. In the App Store listing, the developer itself states that identifiers and usage data may be used for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. The purpose is named too: third-party advertising.

The privacy policy on fusvobvpn.com names four third-party tools: Google AdMob for ads, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK and AppsFlyer. The service collects the device model, country and connection statistics: time and duration.

With the Android version the picture is contradictory. The "Data safety" section on Google Play says no data is collected or shared. But the policy that the same listing links to (version of August 17, 2026) allows it to receive the IP address, city, provider, Google advertising ID and a stable device identifier.

We found no reports of Fusvob data leaks. But information about how you use the app goes to ad networks, and the developer writes about this itself.

What can replace Fusvob VPN: alternatives

If Fusvob's ads annoy you or it has stopped connecting, there are other options. We compared it with BessyConnect and two apps from the Russian App Store that we covered in the comparison of BessyConnect, Happ, Sota and Batya. The data on other apps is taken from their App Store listings on October 27, 2026.

Where Fusvob is stronger, to put it plainly. It can be downloaded from the Russian App Store without changing your Apple ID, and BessyConnect can't. Fusvob has a free mode with ads, while BessyConnect only has a trial period. Fusvob is also ahead in the number of ratings in Russia: about 109 thousand.

Why we recommend BessyConnect

We recommend BessyConnect to those who want to understand how their connection is protected and don't want to hunt for the original among namesakes. The protocol is named directly, no logs are kept, and you don't need to copy keys anywhere.

What is known about BessyConnect:

  • the VLESS protocol with Reality camouflage, traffic looks like ordinary HTTPS;
  • more than 100 servers;
  • no logs are kept;
  • registration is optional;
  • there is a trial period;
  • apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Android and Android TV.

Where to download:

The honest limits. There is no BessyConnect app for Windows, so on a Windows computer it won't replace Fusvob. BessyConnect isn't published in the Russian App Store; for an iPhone you'll need an Apple ID from another country. We can't help you get your money back for a Fusvob subscription: refunds go through Apple or through the form in the app itself. And if the carrier has shut off mobile internet completely, no VPN will connect.

If Fusvob works for you and the ads don't bother you, there's no urgent reason to switch. But if it keeps disconnecting and you don't want to pay 999 rubles a month for an app with advertising trackers, try BessyConnect: versions for all devices are gathered on the download page, and the trial period lets you check the service before paying.
