Quattro VPN (in Russian «Кватро ВПН») is a paid VPN service sold through the Telegram bot @QuattroVPN_bot. Since April 1, 2026, the subscription has cost 300 rubles for 30 days. After payment the bot issues a subscription link, which you add to Happ, Clash, Throne or the service's own Android app. «Кватра ВПН» (Kvatra VPN) is the same service, just spelled differently: in Yandex Wordstat for 25.09–25.10.2026 both spellings got almost the same number of impressions, 6.9 and 6.7 thousand. Below is what we were able to verify from primary sources as of October 26, 2026.
If you need a VPN with apps in the App Store and Google Play rather than a combination of a bot and a third-party client, we recommend BessyConnect: it runs on VLESS with Reality camouflage and doesn't require registration.

Quattro VPN is a service with its own servers, not a client app. Its main interface is in Telegram: you buy and renew the subscription in the bot, and the channel @QuattroVPN_NEWS publishes news and links to the apps. The provider in the public offer is Global Bridge LLC from Bishkek.
The channel was created on April 9, 2025. As of October 26, 2026, it has 1,188,391 subscribers, the bot has 506,164 monthly users, and the service's chat has about 122 thousand members. The site quattro.app claims more than 200 servers. Among protocols, the channel mentions VLESS (vless:// keys are issued in the bot), Hysteria2 (added on June 1, 2026) and gRPC configurations.
The service's documents (offer, privacy policy, refund policy) were published on Teletype on March 19, 2026, and quattro.app links to them. The domain quattro.app was registered on April 19, 2026, and the blog domain quattro-info.ru on March 7, 2026.
Several products live under this name, and not all of them belong to the service:
How to check such copies in general is covered in the article on how to spot a fake VPN app.
The 30-day plan has cost 300 rubles since April 1, 2026. Before that it was 200 rubles (since December 24, 2025), and the 180- and 365-day plans were dropped in April. As of October 26, 2026, the channel has no announcements of a new price.
Since April 9, 2026, traffic on the LTE servers (designed for mobile internet) has been capped. On a first 30-day purchase you get 100 GB, on a 90-day one 300 GB, and on renewal 50 and 150 GB. You can buy extra packs from 5 GB for 50 rubles to 200 GB for 600 rubles. Regular servers have no cap, and unlimited LTE servers were added in April. The channel itself warns that they are less stable.
You can pay for or renew the subscription in the bot (the "Payment" section) or in the personal account on quattro.app. The site accepts SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System), Russian cards and cryptocurrency. The bot also has Telegram Stars and the crypto bot @send.
There is no free plan. We found no trial period terms in the documents, but in August 2026 the channel published a promo code for 7 days. Under the service's policy a refund is possible within 7 days of payment and only if you never managed to connect to the VPN. It is stated separately that operation on mobile carriers isn't guaranteed and there is no refund for that reason.
The service has no app of its own in the App Store or Google Play. Its own Quattro client for Android is distributed as an APK file via links from the channel; the latest announced version, 0.28.3, came out on September 28, 2026. There is a beta version for Windows; apps for iOS and Linux were in development as of September 4, 2026.
How to connect Quattro VPN following the service's instructions:
For a second device the bot has a "Copy link" button. On iPhone the service recommends Happ. But on July 7, 2026, the channel wrote that Happ had disappeared from the Russian App Store for the third time and suggested changing your region. More on the client itself is in our Happ review.
For computers, besides the Quattro beta, the channel recommends Happ, Throne and NekoBox. How to install Happ on Windows and Mac is described in the article Happ VPN on PC. vless:// keys for a router are in the bot, in the instructions section. Where to paste them is explained in the article about a VLESS key.
An APK from the channel is a file without store review: updates don't arrive by themselves, and you have to trust the sender with the signature. Download it only via links from the official channel.
Most often the cause is on the server side: during 2026 the channel reported mass blocking several times. On April 5 the LTE servers stopped working for most users, on August 4 about 80% of the servers were blocked, and on August 14 the blocking happened again. Each time recovery took two to four days.
There are also causes on the user's side. Since September 30, 2026, most LTE servers can be reached only over mobile internet; they don't respond over Wi-Fi. For Gemini on a PC you need system proxy mode; TUN mode isn't enough.
What the service itself recommends:
General causes of failures for any VPN are collected in the article why a VPN isn't working.
The service has an offer, a privacy policy and a named provider, which is better than many Telegram bots. We found no independent audit, so the claims about logs have to be taken on trust.
According to the privacy policy, the service stores your Telegram ID, interface language, issued keys, the fact of payment, subscription dates and technical server logs "without traffic data". It says it doesn't collect browsing history, DNS queries or traffic content. The provider is registered in Kyrgyzstan, and the documents refer to Russian personal data law.
What to know before paying. In its FAQ the service admits that it is impossible to see the exact number of connected devices, and for exceeding the limit it blocks the subscription without a refund. The same awaits you for torrenting on servers not marked Torrent. You can't disconnect a single unfamiliar device; you can only reissue the subscription for everyone.
You need a replacement if Quattro won't connect on your network, the LTE traffic caps don't suit you, or you need an app from a store. The table includes only what we checked against store listings and documents as of October 26, 2026.
| BessyConnect | Quattro VPN | Sota Connect | TipTop VPN | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| How to connect | Its own app | Bot + subscription in Happ, Clash or the Quattro APK | Its own app, sign-in with a key | Its own app |
| Cost | Paid, with a trial period | 300 ₽ for 30 days, LTE traffic extra | App free, access by key | Free with ads, in-app purchases |
| Protocol | VLESS with Reality camouflage | VLESS, Hysteria2 | Not named on the listing | Not checked |
| Registration | Optional | Telegram account | Access key | Not checked |
| App on Google Play | Yes | No (APK only) | Not checked | Yes, 10M+ installs |
| Russian App Store | No | No app of its own | Yes, rating 4.6 | No |
| Windows | No | Beta and third-party clients | Not checked | Not checked |
Where competitors are stronger, to put it plainly. Quattro has a Windows beta, works with third-party clients and has separate LTE servers for the mobile network, and its price of 300 rubles a month is lower than many paid services. Sota Connect (seller Cat Connect Oy) can be downloaded from the Russian App Store without changing your Apple ID. TipTop offers a free plan. Other services of the same type are collected in our review of popular VPNs in Russia.
BessyConnect suits anyone who finds it inconvenient to juggle a separate bot, subscription and third-party client. Everything is in one app: the VLESS protocol with Reality camouflage, which makes traffic look like an ordinary HTTPS connection, more than 100 servers, no logs kept, registration optional, and a trial period.
BessyConnect apps:
Now for what BessyConnect doesn't solve. It has no Windows app, and here Quattro, with its beta and third-party clients, is more convenient. BessyConnect isn't in the Russian App Store either: on an iPhone you need an Apple ID from another country. When mobile internet is switched to whitelists, a VPN as a rule doesn't help, and that applies to any service. Quattro itself writes in its terms that it doesn't guarantee operation on mobile carriers.
If Quattro VPN connects reliably for you and the price suits you, there is no reason to switch. But if servers disappear after every wave of blocking and fiddling with APKs and third-party clients is a hassle, try BessyConnect: all versions are gathered on the download page.
Are Kvatra VPN and Quattro VPN the same thing? Yes, they are two spellings of the name Quattro VPN. The official bot is @QuattroVPN_bot and the channel is @QuattroVPN_NEWS.
How much does Quattro VPN cost? 300 rubles for 30 days since April 1, 2026. Traffic on regular servers is unlimited; LTE servers have a cap, and extra gigabytes cost from 50 rubles for 5 GB.
Does Quattro VPN have a proxy for Telegram? Yes, the channel publishes free proxies for Telegram: in March 2026 there were five. The service itself warns that the proxies are unstable and shouldn't be turned on together with the VPN.
Can I download Quattro VPN for iPhone? As of October 26, 2026, there is no iOS app of its own; the subscription is added to Happ. If Happ isn't in the Russian App Store, you need an Apple ID from another country.
What can I replace Quattro VPN with if it isn't working? If you need a VPN with apps in the App Store and Google Play, BessyConnect on VLESS with Reality camouflage will do. Keep in mind that it is paid after the trial period and has no Windows app.
