Sigma VPN (Сигма ВПН): official bot and site, personal account, prices and what to do if it isn't working

Sigma VPN («Сигма ВПН») is a paid subscription to servers running the VLESS protocol. It is sold through the Telegram bot @sigmavpn_xbot and a site under the Sigma Proxy name. The service has no app of its own: the subscription link is opened in third-party clients Happ, Hiddify, V2RayTun or INCY. According to the site, as of October 27, 2026, a month costs 239 rubles, and newcomers get 3 free days. If you need a service with its own app in the App Store and Google Play, where you don't have to copy a key anywhere, we recommend BessyConnect. Below we go through what can be verified about Sigma from primary sources.

What is Sigma VPN and who is behind it?

Sigma VPN is a Russian service that sells access to VPN servers through Telegram and a website. It has no app in the stores. The operator is named in the public offer dated July 18, 2026: an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia. The INN (taxpayer number) and OGRNIP (sole proprietor registration number) are given in the document; according to the OGRNIP number, the record was made in 2026.

The news channel @sigmavpn_news was created on January 14, 2025, and as of October 27, 2026, it has 18,809 subscribers. The service's early site, sigmavpn.online, stated in a March 2025 Wayback Machine snapshot that the service was "developed in 2024". Demand for the brand is noticeable: according to Yandex Wordstat, from September 25 to October 25, 2026, the query «сигма впн» ("sigma vpn") got 3,011 impressions.

Since 2026, the service has increasingly been calling itself Sigma Proxy. The current site runs under this name, and the service file llms.txt carries a double name: "Sigma Proxy (Sigma VPN)".

Sigma VPN: official site, bot and personal account

The official addresses are the ones the channel @sigmavpn_news itself links to: the bot @sigmavpn_xbot, support @sigma_vpn_support_bot and the site storage.googleapis.com/sigma-proxy/start. The personal account opens on the same site, with login via Telegram or email. Everything else named "Sigma" has nothing to do with this service.

Since April 2026, the site has changed its address three times. According to the channel's posts: on April 2 they launched sigma-proxy.store, on August 14, after a block, they moved to sigma-vps.com, and on August 20 to sigma-space.store. On September 10, the site was moved to Google cloud storage to make it harder to block. On October 27, 2026, none of the three previous domains opened for us.

We checked addresses with similar names directly on October 27, 2026:

A trap for those searching «сигма впн личный кабинет» ("sigma vpn personal account"): the channel @sigma_vpn_support is called «Sigma Поддержка» (Sigma Support), but it leads to the account lk.sigma-network.org of the Sigma VPS service, which Sigma VPN doesn't link to anywhere. The support bot of the real Sigma is spelled differently: @sigma_vpn_support_bot. The old support address from the 2025 site, @sigmavpn_support_bot, is now empty.

There is also a complete namesake from the Linux world: SigmaVPN, an open-source utility for UNIX systems; it has nothing to do with the commercial service. How to tell real VPN services from fakes is covered in detail in the article on fake VPN apps.

How much does Sigma VPN cost and is there a free period?

A month costs 239 rubles, a year 2,199 rubles, and the first 3 days are free. The prices are taken from the Sigma Proxy site on October 27, 2026. The same price grid was announced in the channel on August 21, 2025, and has been in effect since September 1, 2025.

Prices have gone up. In January 2025 the channel promised "from 99 rubles a month", and in March 2025 the site sigmavpn.online sold a month for 149 rubles.

You can pay by card, via SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System), T-Pay, SberPay and YooMoney: that's the list given in the service's FAQ. On holidays, the channel announces discounts of 15–30%, some of them via promo codes. Under the referral program, the referrer gets 40% of a friend's first purchase, with withdrawal to a card from 1,000 rubles.

The trial terms are inconsistent. The FAQ dated September 3, 2025, says the 3 free days are available only to channel subscribers. The site shows a "Try 3 days free" button without this caveat.

Under the offer dated July 18, 2026, there is a voluntary guarantee: the full subscription amount can be refunded within 14 days from the start of use. The request is reviewed within up to 10 days.

How to download Sigma VPN on phone and PC?

You can't download a "Sigma VPN app" — it doesn't exist. The subscription is obtained in the bot @sigmavpn_xbot or in the personal account on the site, and you connect through a third-party client. The service's site gives instructions for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15+), Android 7+, macOS 12+, Windows 10/11 and Linux.

For iPhone, the instructions are out of date. The site says Happ is available in the Russian App Store, but according to Apple's data as of October 27, 2026, it isn't there: Happ is in the Kazakhstan and Turkish stores. With a Russian Apple ID, it's easier to install INCY, which Sigma has been recommending since August. How INCY differs from other clients, we explained in the INCY review.

How to connect Sigma on a computer, step by step from the service's instructions:

1. Install Hiddify, V2RayTun or Happ from the client developer's site and launch it once.
2. Get a connection key in the bot @sigmavpn_xbot or in the personal account on the site.
3. In Hiddify, tap "New Profile", then "Import from Clipboard".
4. Tap the connect button and confirm the system prompt.
5. If it doesn't connect, choose another location within the same subscription.

For the query «sigma vpn скачать бесплатно на андроид» ("sigma vpn free download for android"), Google Play shows other people's apps: «Сигма VPN — Супер Быстрый ВПН» from Free VPN Proxy Tools and Sigma VPN from Sigma Telecom LLC. They have nothing to do with the Telegram service, and the subscription from the bot doesn't work in them. We don't recommend installing APKs from third-party sites: such builds often hide ads and trojans.

Why is Sigma VPN not working and what to do?

Most often Sigma stops working because its servers get blocked. On October 3, 2026, the channel reported that Roskomnadzor had blocked half of the servers, and then the rest of the old ones. On October 14, it again warned of outages due to a wave of blocks. There were failures before that too: on April 1, 2026, part of the infrastructure went down, and on May 28 some servers in Germany and the Netherlands were blocked.

What to do, in order (advice from the service's instructions and posts):

1. Update the subscription profile in the client: new servers appear only after an update.
2. Choose the "Auto" location. Since August 3, 2026, it picks a working server on its own, but it is available only in Happ and INCY.
3. If there is a connection but sites don't open, do a full disconnect and connect and switch location.
4. Try another network. If it works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile internet, try the «Белые списки» ("Whitelists") locations: the service has several of them, numbered.
5. If you use Hiddify, after the client update in August 2026 the channel advised switching to INCY.
6. If the site doesn't open, get the current address from the description of the channel @sigmavpn_news. The old domains are blocked.
7. If nothing helped, write to @sigma_vpn_support_bot and immediately state your country, city, carrier and client.

Keep the limits in mind. Since September 10, 2026, traffic has been capped at 2 TB a month. The offer allows up to 10 devices per subscription, although the 2025 FAQ promised there were no device limits. If a key is used on more devices, under the offer, access may be temporarily restricted.

Sigma VPN: reviews and safety

We found no independent reviews of Sigma. The service has no app store listing with ratings, and search results show only its own pages and Telegram channel directories. Reviews on Google Play under the name "Sigma VPN" belong to other apps.

What can be verified from the service's documents dated July 18, 2026:

• Operator. A sole proprietor from Russia with an INN and OGRNIP in the offer and a Yandex email address. For Telegram services, disclosed company details are not common.
• Where data is stored. The privacy policy names Russia as the location of the main database and states outright that there is no cross-border transfer.
• What data is collected. Telegram ID and username, payment data, IP address, device information, technical logs with the date and time of requests.
• Who it is shared with. The recipients listed include banks, hosting and government bodies "where there is a legal basis and a proper request".
• No-logs. We found no promise in the documents not to keep logs.
• Protocol. VLESS is named both on the site and in the FAQ. According to a reply in the channel on August 16, 2026, there are no plans to add Hysteria 2 for now.

Sigma has strengths too: an open price grid with inexpensive short periods, a 14-day refund guarantee, instructions for Windows and Linux, and posts about outages with compensation in subscription days.

Where Sigma is stronger, to put it plainly. Its subscription works on Windows and Linux via Hiddify or V2RayTun, while BessyConnect has no Windows app. On an iPhone with a Russian Apple ID, Sigma is easier to connect: INCY is in the Russian App Store, while BessyConnect isn't, and you'll need an Apple ID from another country. And an honest limit for any VPN. If your mobile internet is shut off completely or only a whitelist of sites works, neither Sigma nor BessyConnect will connect. We can't help get back money sent to a look-alike bot.

Why is Sigma VPN not working? Most often because of server blocks: on October 3, 2026, the service reported that half of its servers had been blocked. Update the subscription profile, choose the "Auto" or "Whitelists" location and write to @sigma_vpn_support_bot.
